I absolutely loved being on Olvera street and this was definitely one of the best things about it. The line was long for a reason. These taquitos are absolutely the best. Very relaxed atmosphere and it's basically a street vendor type of place. I can't wait to go back for more of these.

"Almost"' a five. I'd say 4-1/2. Why not a five? Beef could use just a tiny bit more flavor. Texture's great. Crispiness is great. Beans are great. Avocado sauce is great. Salsa is great.

I never wait, but it's always full. Best Mexican food in town. Quick Service Pleasant atmosphere and moderately priced. Alcohol is served, but it's pricey. Occasionally one will see movie stars, producers Etc. Family-owned.

I mean once you have the taquitos, you kinda get why this place has been in business for almost 100 years. Delicious food at reasonable prices. This is the kind of place you wait in line for. Now there isn’t much seating (like so many other spots on Olvera Street), but that’s because it’s basically street food, and in my opinion some of the best in the area! If you’re into delicious, authentic Mexican food, look past the fact that you may need to enjoy it walking or standing. You’ll be happy you didn’t sleep on this place!

Great food, great drinks. Nice environment, friendly staff! I've been here about 3 or 4 times and they never disappoint. Love it!!
